Privacy Policy
To create your audio we need to know a few personal things about you. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it and how you stay in control.
1. Who is responsible
Personalized Manifestations (“we”, “us”, “our”) is responsible for the personal information collected through mmmanifest.com (also reachable at personalizedmanifestation.com; together, the “Site”) and in connection with your order. For anything related to privacy, write to hello@personalizedmanifestation.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Your answers to the questionnaire: your goal, what has been holding you back, how you want to feel, the option you pick so the audio addresses you correctly, when you'd like to have what you're asking for, and any other detail you choose to write. Some of this may be sensitive to you: please share only what you're comfortable having in your audio.
- Messages you send us by email.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our systems. From Stripe we receive a confirmation of the payment with the amount, currency, your billing country, the card brand and its last four digits, and a payment reference.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: the pages you view, the buttons you click, how far you get in the questionnaire, whether the audio was played and completed, and the time of each event.
- Marketing attribution: the site or ad that brought you here (referrer, campaign parameters such as
utm_*, and ad click identifiers). We keep these in your browser for up to 90 days so we know which campaign led to a purchase. - Technical data: browser and device type, language, and your IP address. We store the IP address only in hashed (one-way encoded) form, and use it to prevent abuse and to infer your approximate country.
- Email activity: whether the emails we send you were delivered, opened or clicked, and whether they bounced.
- Browser storage: a random visitor identifier, and a draft of your questionnaire answers so you don't lose progress if you close the page. Both are stored in your browser and the draft is cleared when you complete your purchase.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools from Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure the results of our ads and to show you relevant ads on Meta's services. The Pixel may set cookies and send Meta information about your visit (for example the pages you view and whether you completed a purchase), together with data Meta already holds about you if you use its services. Meta's use of that information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. See section 9 for how to limit this.
3. Why we use it
- To create your audio from your answers and deliver it to you.
- To process your payment and send you the confirmation and delivery emails.
- To send you one reminder if you start an order and don't finish it.
- To answer your questions and provide support, including refunds.
- To understand and improve the Site, our audios and our marketing.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the Site secure.
- To comply with the law, including tax and accounting obligations.
If you're in the EEA, the UK or another place where we need a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (creating and delivering your audio, payments, support); our legitimate interests (improving and marketing our service, security, fraud prevention, the single reminder email); your consent where the law requires it (for example for advertising cookies); and our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business and act on our instructions: payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting and storage, and the studio services we use to produce the voice, music and final audio. They only receive what they need for their task.
- Advertising and analytics partners (currently Meta), as described in section 2. Under some US state laws this may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising; section 9 explains how to opt out.
- Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers), when needed.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect our rights or yours, or to investigate fraud.
- A successor if our business is sold or merged; we'd tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Where your information is processed
We and our providers process information mainly in the United States. If you live somewhere else, your information is transferred there. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Your audio and your answers: for as long as you want access to your audio, until you ask us to delete them (see section 8).
- Unfinished orders: if you start the questionnaire and don't purchase, your answers are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Purchase records: as long as tax, accounting and payment-dispute rules require.
- Usage and email activity: in aggregated or identifier-based form for our statistics; identifiers are deleted when the related order or lead is deleted.
7. Security
All traffic to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS). Your audio is served through private links that only work for a limited time and are regenerated when you open your page. Access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it. No method is completely secure, so if you believe your information has been compromised, please let us know right away.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; have it deleted; receive a copy in a portable format; object to or restrict certain uses; withdraw consent you've given; opt out of “sharing” for targeted advertising; not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; and complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of them, email hello@personalizedmanifestation.com from the address you used at checkout (that's how we verify it's you). We answer within 30 days. Deleting your information also deletes your audio, so download it first if you'd like to keep it.
You can stop our emails at any time by replying to one or writing to us. We don't currently send newsletters: only order emails and, if relevant, the single reminder described above.
9. Cookies and advertising choices
The Site itself doesn't use cookies to identify you; it uses your browser's local storage for the items described in section 2. Cookies may be set by Meta through the Pixel. To limit advertising measurement and targeting you can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
- Adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings (Ads → Ad settings → “Activity information from ad partners”).
- Use industry opt-outs such as optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Email us to ask that we exclude you from advertising sharing.
We don't respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no common standard for them.
10. Children
The Site and our audios are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites (for example Stripe's checkout or Meta's settings). Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always at mmmanifest.com/privacy. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we'll email you first.
